One technology partner, from ticket to transformation.

Use Daeframe as an extension of your team or hand us a defined outcome. We fit the operating model around what needs to get done.

Payroll for Philippine agencies, computed end to end

Challenge

Philippine agencies still run payroll in spreadsheets: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TRAIN withholding recomputed by hand every pay period, with attendance, leaves, and payslips stitched together across separate files.

Architecture

A multi-tenant CodeIgniter4 application over MySQL 5 keeps every company strictly isolated behind a four-tier role model — SuperAdmin, Admin, Team Leader, Staff. A statutory rules engine recomputes SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TRAIN withholding against current contribution tables on every run, while integrations wire in Clockify for time sync, Cal.com for booking, Discord for notifications, Stripe for payments, and WebAuthn for authentication.

  • Tenant isolation enforced at the data layer — no cross-company access
  • Payroll runs cut from ~2 hours manual to ~2 minutes automated
  • Four-tier RBAC with encryption at rest and in transit
  • Integrations: Clockify, Cal.com, Discord, Stripe, WebAuthn

One platform for the flock, the feed, and the figures

Challenge

Barn hardware and business logic cannot share a runtime: sensor readings come from ESP8266 nodes in the field, while batches, inventory, sales, and reporting must stay consistent for the office — across a flaky WiFi link.

Architecture

ESP8266 units read load cells and water sensors through a 16-channel analog multiplexer and push readings over WiFi to a Go API built on Chi routing, with MySQL storage and bcrypt-hashed accounts. A React + TypeScript client renders batches, inventory, sales, and reporting, so firmware, API, and web client ship as three independently deployable tiers.

  • ESP8266 firmware for feeding, watering, and a shared client over WiFiManager
  • 16-channel analog multiplexer reading load cells and water sensors
  • Go service with Chi routing, MySQL storage, and bcrypt hashing
  • Batch, inventory, sales, and reporting modules with Chart.js and Recharts

Turning a Monday.com board into finished Pax8 tenants

Challenge

Onboarding lived in a Monday.com board and ended in a multi-step Pax8 company-creation form. Every tenant meant manual copy-paste, cleanup of inconsistent address data, and a browser session nobody wanted to babysit.

Architecture

A Python service pulls customer rows through Monday.com’s GraphQL API, normalises them through a deterministic CSV cleaning pass, then drives the real Pax8 form in a browser with Selenium. PyInstaller freezes the pipeline into a single Windows executable, so operations can run it with no Python toolchain installed.

  • Monday.com GraphQL export filtered to the onboarding fields that matter
  • Deterministic CSV cleaner normalises addresses and tenant details pre-flight
  • Selenium drives Edge through the full Pax8 company-creation flow
  • PyInstaller ships a first-run executable with no runtime install required

Simple handoff. Visible progress. Less overhead.

We keep the operating model lightweight so your team can delegate clearly and stay informed without micromanaging delivery.

THE PROCESS
01

Define the outcome

We align on the scope, priorities, systems, responsibilities, and success criteria.

02

Build the operating lane

We set ownership, communication, access, workflow, and reporting around the engagement.

03

Execute in the background

Our team handles the work while keeping progress, risks, and decisions visible to you.

04

Improve and expand

Once the baseline is stable, we automate recurring work and identify higher-leverage projects.

  • Async-first communication

A direct Slack or Discord channel with the engineers on your work. No ticket queues, no status meetings for status.

  • Transparent code ownership

Clean documentation, everything in Git from day one, and immediate IP transfer on delivery. The code is yours.

  • No long-term lock-in

Month-to-month or project-based scope. Stay because the work is working, not because a contract says so.

WAYS TO WORK

Three ways in. None of them require a long-term contract or a discovery marathon to get started.

Built for companies that need technology capacity without more management layers.

Direct access to the core engineers doing the work — no account managers, no layers of bureaucracy, just fast execution.

Support-first

We care about responsiveness, practical ownership, and keeping work moving.

Engineering-capable

The same partner can move from IT operations into automation and software delivery.

Flexible by design

Use us for a project, a recurring function, or an ongoing extension of your team.
